How to check my order status?
After placing the order, we would send you the shipping status to the email you left. And also, you could check the status with our customer service at RugShowService@gmail.com.

Could I customize the rugs?
Yes, you could send the styles, patterns, and sizes to our customer service at RugShowService@gmail.com to see if the rugs could be customized.

How much will I have to pay for shipping?
In the peak season, the shipping fee might change a bit. You can refere to Shipping and Delivery page to learn more.

How do you ship & how quickly will I receive my order?
We ship Hermes/Royal Mail to your door. All of our rugs are shipped within 24-72hrs from your purchase date. Most packages are delivered within 8-15 business days of their dispatch.

Will I have to pay sales tax (VAT) on my purchase?
You will not be responsible for any of the VAT charges. We cover all costs of duties, taxes and transit.

Is your website secure?
Yes. Our site uses 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. We are also partners with Verisign to guarantee our highest level of security compliance yet.

Can I delay the shipment of my order?
Yes. To place an order with a delayed shipping date its best that you place your order online and note with your preferred date of shipment, or delivery date. You could also send these details to our email at rugshowservice@gmail.com.

Will I pay for shipping back?
Buyer is responsible for all returns. However, we will help you with rates and other necessary details.

Where would the rugs be sent from and return back to?
To help you save the money, most of the rugs are shipping directly from various Chinese factories, so the price is also the factory price. We nearly make no money. The rugs need to be back to the relative factories who send the rugs.

Do you charge restocking fee?
We do NOT charge restocking fee. We realize that it's already a hassle if your order doesn't work out for you, so we certainly don't want to make it any more frustrating, by penalizing you with unnecessary restocking fees.

When will my refund be processed?
We process all returns and refunds within 7-10 business days after delivery back to your form of payment.
